Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and clients.
- Assist in planning and scheduling work activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction management or supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
