Hours: 2PM-12AM Mon-Thur (Training will be held during first shift 6AM-2:30PM Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned to support daily operations and production activities.
- Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies in all work-related activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, managing tools and equipment responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general labor or similar roles.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Fairless Hills, PA.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and workplace etiquette.
