Work Schedule MON_THURSDAY 7-5 FRIDAY 1/2 DAY
Responsibilities
- Manage quoting, order entry, follow-up, and customer documentation
- Maintain timely communication with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments
- Support order tracking, reporting, and CRM updates
- Build strong customer relationships and support business development activities
- Identify workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Support trade shows and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Experience:
- CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Lean or continuous improvement exposure
- Manufacturing, industrial, or nuclear industry experience
- Sales operations or process improvement experience
