Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Serve as a central liaison among business stakeholders and IT to align business needs with technical capabilities.
- Utilize analysis techniques such as interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Design and recommend improved business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing test plans and support business application testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional and operational system requirements to optimize organizational performance.
- Participate in Agile project methodologies, documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and effort estimates.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams to explore solutions, track issues, and plan implementation timelines.
- Communicate effectively with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and end-users, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Identify and assess risks, considering business implications of technology applications.
- Contribute to the development and maturity of the Business Analysis function within the IT organization.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong skills in technical, business, and process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and team members.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in stakeholder or client management and evaluating business needs and processes.
- Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
