Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor network processes, including routers, switches, and connections.
- Utilize Moogsoft monitoring and alert systems or equivalent systems to ensure operational stability.
- Maintain vendor relations and manage portal ticketing access via Teams and ServiceNow.
- Communicate effectively with team members and document processes accurately.
- Handle 24x7 operations across any shift schedule, demonstrating strong process management skills.
- Strong process management skills and general knowledge of networking hardware and connections.
- Experience with Moogsoft or similar monitoring/alert systems.
- Familiarity with vendor relations and portal ticketing (Teams, ServiceNow).
- Excellent written and analytical skills.
- Ability to work any shift in a 24x7 operation.
- Educational background or equivalent experience preferred.
