Job Title: IT Operator
Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Vienna, VA and Pensacola, FL
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor network processes, including routers, switches, and connections.
  • Utilize Moogsoft monitoring and alert systems or equivalent systems to ensure operational stability.
  • Maintain vendor relations and manage portal ticketing access via Teams and ServiceNow.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and document processes accurately.
  • Handle 24x7 operations across any shift schedule, demonstrating strong process management skills.
Requirements
  • Strong process management skills and general knowledge of networking hardware and connections.
  • Experience with Moogsoft or similar monitoring/alert systems.
  • Familiarity with vendor relations and portal ticketing (Teams, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent written and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work any shift in a 24x7 operation.
  • Educational background or equivalent experience preferred.
