Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques

Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation

Facilitate sprint planning and stand-up meetings across the full project lifecycle
-
Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex, multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans
-
Provide clear visibility into project status and progress for teams and stakeholders
-
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks; define and drive mitigation plans

Ensure alignment with business needs and successful delivery within estimated timelines
Requirements

3–5 years of relevant IT project management experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Strong analytical and project management skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results

Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills

Ability to effectively manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
