Responsibilities
- Lead large enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll, ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and drive project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Manage communication plans with project teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate effective change management processes.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, status reports, and budgets in line with project standards.
- Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in leading large enterprise-wide application projects, particularly in HR, Payroll, or Finance IT initiatives.
- Strong background in managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Certification in PMP is required.
- Experience with change management and team coordination.
