Overview
System One is seeking a technically strong and collaborative IT Systems Analyst to support and enhance our client’s enterprise systems environment in York, PA. This role serves as a key bridge between business operations and IT, with a focus on ERP systems, integrations, and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working within ERP platforms, supporting system integrations, and developing scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing system performance, streamlining business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the organization’s ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and implementing system enhancements
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity across business applications
- Design, support, and maintain integrations between ERP and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or integration tools
- Develop and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in data mapping, data flow design, and system interface management
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales) to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for system enhancements and integration efforts
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives to improve visibility into business operations
- Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and system security settings
- Ensure systems and processes comply with internal policies and data governance standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Provide end-user training and support to drive system adoption and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting or working with ERP systems in a business environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience with system integrations, including APIs (REST/SOAP), data flows, or middleware tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
