Java Development Lead
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of financial production systems and market risk applications, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance. Partner with development and operations teams to troubleshoot incidents, deploy fixes, build Java/Spring Boot-based services, components, and frameworks, and roll out production enhancements.
Requirements: 10+ years of full-stack development experience, primarily in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build microservices and reusable components to streamline integration workflows.
- Integrate heterogeneous systems across databases, SOAP/REST web services, MQ, and file-based interfaces.
- Write and debug scripts supporting deployment and operations.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
- Document technical designs, flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
