Leasing Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective residents through available units while sharing detailed information about the property and community.
- Process rent payments, issue late notices when necessary, and manage incoming maintenance requests.
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, directing inquiries, and welcoming visitors and residents.
- Keep availability records up to date, including tracking open units and maintaining organized waitlists.
- Create and share engaging posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote the property.
- Support daily office operations by maintaining files, organizing workspace, and ordering necessary supplies.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to coordinate and follow up on resident service requests.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the property to ensure it remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
Leasing Associate Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles is preferred (minimum of 2 years).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with others and promote available units.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and respond to evolving priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs or similar software tools.
