Licensed Operator Initial Simulator Operator/Instructor on a 17 month contract position located in Waynesboro, GA.
Simulator Operator/Instructor Responsibilities:
- Office setting working fully out of Training Center at the plant.
- Will split time between office (20%), in the unit (<10%) and simulator (70%)
Simulator Operator/Instructor Requirements:
- Experience with simulator instruction and operation.
- Knowledge of the systematic approach to training and accredited/Ops training programs (SAT and ADDIE).
- Former Instructor experience or qualification preferred, OR former SRO License with operator mentoring/training interface experience acceptable.
- PWR Operations experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
- Vision software a plus.
- PPE equipment is required.
