Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and systems support to the Maintenance Department within a chemical production facility, focusing on SAP MRO processes.
- Create, update, and close maintenance work orders in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Manage MRO inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for replenishment.
- Create and process purchase requisitions, follow up on purchase orders, and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing job packages, ensuring necessary materials and documentation are available prior to work execution.
- Track work order status, update completion details in SAP, and generate maintenance reports and KPIs.
- Maintain maintenance files, generate reports, support audits, and coordinate meetings and contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum 0 years of related experience.
- Experience with SAP, particularly SAP MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) processes including material management, requisitions, and work order support.
- Strong data entry skills and ability to coordinate procurement activities efficiently.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and support maintenance operations in a chemical production environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
