Maintenance Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems.
- Repair and maintain motors, conveyor systems, mixers, packaging equipment, and production machinery.
- Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, motors, switches, and related electrical equipment.
- Perform plumbing, piping, boiler, welding, fabrication, and building maintenance work as needed.
- Maintain maintenance inventories, tools, records, and work order documentation.
- Support facility upkeep, safety initiatives, and special projects assigned by management.
Maintenance Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general repairs within a manufacturing environment particularly with automation/packaging equipment
- Experience in at least two of the following trades: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or machining.
- Working knowledge of 480V 3-phase power, logic controllers, motor starters, and VFDs.
- Experience working with FIIX maintenance software.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery.
- Ability to work in hot/cold environments and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required.
- May be required to pass a proficiency test covering reading comprehension and math.
