This role is perfect for someone with a high level of success looking to take the next leap in their career and create lifelong residual income.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce the PEO solution to business contacts and represent the brand at community and business events.
- Hunt for new business opportunities and perform in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented culture.
- Expand and manage a team.
- 8-15 years proven track record of success in the local Oklahoma City market, specifically selling to C-level business contacts.
- Well-regarded in the business community with a strong network of high-level contacts.
- Proven experience in hunting new business and performing in an entrepreneurial growth-oriented culture.
- Work remotely with full support from the PEO in terms of marketing, training, lead generation, and business development efforts.
- Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, commission, bonus, and marketing budget.
