Overview
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Master Scheduler to join a fast-paced project team in Burlington, just north of Austin. This role is critical to ensuring the successful sequencing and coordination of schedules for large-scale construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who bring data center (DC) construction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop, sequence, and manage project schedules from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with General Contractors (GCs), keeping them informed and aligned on project timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust schedules to maintain project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability across all phases.
- Provide reporting and updates to leadership on schedule status and project performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scheduler or Master Scheduler, ideally within DC construction projects.
- Strong ability to independently sequence complex schedules without heavy oversight.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with GCs and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in fast-moving environments.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation range: $75/hr, depending on experience
