Job Description:

This is a direct hire position with full benefits and PTO.
-
Uses computer software (CAD) to design fabricated sheetmetal.
-
Generates conceptual and preliminary drawings to be used for development of product.
-
Collaborates with Mechanical Engineers to solve mechanical design issues.
-
Communicates with the Product Engineering team to develop design standards.

Communicates with manufacturers to gather necessary information about parts and applications.

Confers with engineering management to complete assigned projects.

Provides complete bill of material by defining when, where, and why parts are used.
Qualifications:
-
Must have relevant experience in the HVAC industry as a Drafter or a Mechanical Engineer.

Preferably experience with designing piping schematics for HVAC refrigeration

For the engineering position, experience doing fan and coil selections for the units.

Experience doing fan and coil selections for units is helpful.
