Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Forked River, NJ

Type: Contract To Permanent Opportunity
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday- Friday Flexible (9:00 AM-4:00 PM, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, etc. )
Company is very busy April, May and June. Then, hours can drop to very flexible part-time come Summer months

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter Inventory and Sales into Excel
  • Enter Accounts Payable and Sales into QuickBooks
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Provide customer service to customers
  • Check daily voicemails
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Faxing and filing
  • Order office supplies

Job Requirements:
  • Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Must have working knowledge of Excel
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have flexibility to work full time until the end of June during busy season, then switch to part-time, with flexible hours, starting in the Summer
