Packaging Technician (2nd Shift)
Performs labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished vaccine products in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role operates packaging equipment, monitors line performance, and ensures accurate documentation while meeting daily production targets. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:

Operate packaging equipment including labelers, pick-and-place systems, heat tunnels, vision systems, and forklifts

Label and package finished vaccine products in accordance with production schedules

Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and initial troubleshooting of packaging machinery

Complete batch records and material consumption documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Prepare QA line clearances and verify line readiness prior to production runs

Monitor processes against manufacturing records and SOPs to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements

Communicate production status, equipment issues, and process deviations to Shift Line Leader or Supervisor

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with HSE policies

Support cross-training efforts and assist in other departmental functions as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
2–3 years of manufacturing experience

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
-
Basic math and computer skills
-
Equipment and process troubleshooting ability

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Preferred:

Associate degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of related manufacturing experience

Forklift certification
-
