SUMMARY:
This position focuses on process optimization, maintaining production quality, and supporting operator training in a cleanroom/fab environment. Candidates with experience in photolithography, etching, and wafer cleaning are strongly encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, optimize, and monitor semiconductor fabrication processes, with emphasis on photolithography, dry/wet etch, and wafer cleaning.
- Utilize SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, and profilometer for process evaluation and troubleshooting.
- Define, document, and maintain clear work instructions for operators and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process issues and implement improvements.
- Provide training and technical support to operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvement initiative
- Master’s or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering required.
- Cleanroom experience required (academic or professional
- Hands-on experience or exposure to photolithography, etch, or wafer cleaning preferred.
- Proficiency with SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, or profilometer preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and operator training skills.
- Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred.
