Production Operator
Job Summary
The Production Operator supports the manufacturing of inorganic color pigments used worldwide in industries such as construction, paints & coatings, and plastics. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Charge, blend, and package pigments according to blend, repackaging, and packaging instructions

Perform continuous visual inspection of products throughout the manufacturing process

Identify defects in finished products, including lumps, streaking, or inconsistencies

Troubleshoot production equipment and perform minor repairs within skill level

Prepare equipment for new blends by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross-contamination

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Complete all required company training and documentation
Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual and sensory inspections

Valid driver’s license

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
