Responsibilities
- Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.
- Ensure continuous operation of production platforms.
- Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document all activities accordingly.
- Possess basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Apply planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.
- Maintain production standards and targets, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Create forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batch production with accuracy and detail.
- Complete all assigned duties in a safe manner consistent with company safety policies.
- Ensure quality standards are met and production pace is maintained.
- Work environment provided with gloves and goggles.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working on a production line
- Experience working in a GMP/SOP environment
- Ability to perform repairs and extensive maintenance tasks
- Basic machinery and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental testing procedures
- Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities
