Overview

We’re seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise IT projects in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses on driving projects end-to-end—from planning through execution—while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

This is a great fit for someone who’s hands-on, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams and systems (SAP, HR platforms, AI tools, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closeout
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Manage project financials including forecasting and budget tracking
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and project requirements
• Identify issues early and drive resolution or escalation as needed

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Project Management experience in enterprise/corporate environments
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects (this is key—don’t let that get buried)
• Exposure to systems like SAP, HR platforms, or similar enterprise tools
• Strong experience with project financials, scheduling, and scope management
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
