Responsibilities
- Provide experienced administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and project teams, ensuring effective communication, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Draft, format, and distribute project-related emails and communications to facilitate project workflows
- Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook and Teams, including managing invitations, attendance, and follow-ups for virtual, onsite, and offsite meetings
- Create, update, and format PowerPoint presentations for project and leadership meetings
- Maintain organized project documentation and records in SharePoint
- Assist with tracking project deliverables, action items, and due dates to ensure timely completion
- Follow up with team members to gather status updates as requested, promoting project progress and accountability
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project support, or coordination role
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
