Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor shared team email inboxes
- Assign incoming projects and track workload distribution
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and project tracking
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely responses
- Track project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables
- Help maintain organized records and documentation
- Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong Organizational and multitasking skills
- Advanced in Microsoft excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with billing, invoicing, or project coordination
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a fast-paced operations or project environment
