- Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve product quality
- Analyze quality data and report on performance to leadership
Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience in engineering, quality, or related field
- Extensive experience in quality management or leadership roles
- Strong understanding of quality systems and standards
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Effective communication and team management skills
