Responsibilities
- Support and administer the Electronic Quality Management System (Veeva), including user access, reports, system configuration, validation, and end-user support.
- Assist with document control activities such as document creation, formatting, review, approval workflows, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and manage training curricula, monitor training completion, and support training materials and user guides within Veeva.
- Coordinate Change Control Review Board (CCRB) activities, prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track change control progress.
- Support quality metrics collection, trending, and reporting; participate in internal and external audit preparations.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, inspection readiness activities, and other Quality Assurance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Document Control, or related regulated environment.
- Experience with electronic quality management systems (preferably Veeva) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of GxP regulations and quality system requirements.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
