Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for assistance in product development, testing and laboratory housekeeping.
- Compound products, prepare lab batches, mixing and casting samples per instruction given by supervisor.
- Test laboratory samples, production samples and competitive samples.
- Work on minor projects with minimum supervision.
- Keep accurate records of test results.
- Prepare reports or memos on assigned tasks or projects.
- Maintain the mixing equipment in good operating conditions.
- Maintain assigned work areas and community work areas clean and tidy.
- Store away raw materials, retains, and reference samples in designated areas.
- Follow ASTM, ACI and other internal test standards.
- Provide support to QS9000, PCP and PSP processes.
- Attend all company provided training programs.
- High School Diploma
- Some industry experiences related to sealants, adhesives, coatings or cement
- Able to follow instruction and work independently
- Good communicating and writing skill
- Basic skill in Microsoft Word and Excel.
