System One is partnering with and Tulsa oil and gas company that is in search of an individual to assist with various tasks related to records imaging, publishing, management, and retention. The position will involve working with Perceptive Document Management software, ensuring data entry and maintenance adhere to company standards, and assisting employees and contractors with records classification and retention. The role may also require support for field and remote offices, inventory management, inbound call service for record requests, and delivering training programs on compliance for the records and information management program.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with utility operation records or geographic parcel/legal experience is preferred
- Knowledge of records and information management programs, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and automation tools
- Ability to effectively interact, advise, and communicate (both written and verbal)
- Occasional travel may be required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to support the Central Records help desk for inbound requests during and after hours
- Willingness to learn GIS and Maximo
- Intermediate Excel skills at a minimum
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Capable of lifting 30 pound boxes and climbing a ladder.
