Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis
- Responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle
- Play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately
- Excel at relaying technical information effectively
- Solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards
- Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes (preferred)
- Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management (preferred)
