Responsibilities
- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support company projects.
- Exercise technical expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments that contribute to project strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and perform quantitative analyses.
- Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project team.
- Maintain professional knowledge by staying current with scientific literature and participating in conferences and professional societies.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable standards.
- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
- May act as principal investigator in conducting experiments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences preferred). Master's degree acceptable with up to one year of relevant experience.
- 4-6 years of relevant post-college experience.
