Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to support construction operations throughout the Denver area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, hazard prevention, regulatory compliance, and jobsite safety management. This individual will work closely with project management, field leadership, and construction crews to promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements.

Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents and injuries.

Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.

Monitor construction activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, documenting findings and corrective actions.

Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, and required compliance records.

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to reinforce a proactive safety culture.

Assist with the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans.
Required Qualifications
-
U.S. citizenship required.

One of the following experience and qualification combinations:
-
3+ years of construction safety experience and a BCSP certification, or
-
5+ years of professional safety experience.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
-
Ability to identify jobsite hazards and communicate corrective actions effectively.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

Must be authorized and eligible to work without employer sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available.
