Responsbilities and Key Functions:
- Responsible for operating automatic and semi-automatic filling and pouching equipment.
- Performs equipment maintenance, including routine maintenance, determining required maintenance, and troubleshooting breakdowns.
- Keeps the Production Manager informed of production status, including delays, issues, and non-conformities.
- Manufactures skincare products in an ISO-regulated cleanroom environment and completes all manufacturing and batch records accurately using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Performs in-process quality checks on production components and cleans and maintains work areas in compliance with SOPs and safety requirements.
- Uses basic lab equipment, such as scales, for manufacturing and filling activities.
- Assists with preparation of finished kits for gamma sterilization and supports packaging and warehouse activities as needed.
- Assists in training staff on processes and procedures and coordinates with internal teams on equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.
- Applies knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including machine design, operation, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Program Logic experience is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in Production in Medical Device, Cosmetics, or Agri-Food manufacturing required.
- Strong Good Documentation Practices (GDP) experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge (as it pertains to production equipment).
- Program Logic experience is a plus.
- Must be punctual, organized, and team-oriented.
