Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Traffic Analysis and Traffic Signal Design
- Familiarity with NJDOT, NYCDOT, and PAYNYNJ standards.
- Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is required
- PE license in the state of NJ or NY is required or able to obtain within 12 months
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering is required
