Position Summary
The Service Parts Associate Level I supports distribution customers, technicians, and internal parts personnel in securing necessary parts and supplies. This role operates under moderate or direct supervision and involves customer service, parts processing, and warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers, technicians, and parts personnel with parts and supply requests

Perform customer parts counter duties including answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and processing transactions (cash, check, credit card)

Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and escalate issues when necessary

Utilize systems, catalogs, and other resources to identify and procure parts efficiently

Support sourcing and locating parts or alternatives when needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts counter and warehouse areas

Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, stock control, and other warehouse activities

Identify opportunities to upsell supporting products and services
-
Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and use appropriate PPE
