Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications using Oracle APEX and related tools.
- Perform advanced development with Oracle APEX 21 and above.
- Utilize Oracle Integrated Development Environments such as Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer.
- Design and manipulate web content with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment.
- Support Oracle Database products version 11 and above, including database objects and scripting.
- Manage storage and retrieval of unstructured data such as BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, and XMLType.
- Develop and manage APIs, web services, and migration strategies for secure and scalable web applications.
- Deliver enterprise workflow applications that automate business processes.
- BA degree required
- 12+ years of relevant experience, or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Experience with secure network programming and security certificates.
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX, Oracle SQL Developer, and Quest Toad.
- Strong skills in JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
- Experience managing unstructured data in Oracle environments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile development and customer interface roles.
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle Database 11+, Forms, Reports, Oracle APEX 4.0+, and government contracting with DOJ clearance.
