Responsabilidades e atribuições:
- Encontrar talentos através de plataformas essenciais de pesquisas de candidatos, banco de dados de currículos, plataformas de recrutamento.
- Busca pró-ativa de candidatos para engajar-los nas oportunidades abertas.
- Desempenhar entrevistas com candidatos em inglês.
- Habilidade de organizar e acompanhar suas tarefas diárias de out-reach e conversas com candidatos.
- Agendar entrevistas para recrutadores.
Qualificações básicas:
- Inglês nível avançado. (Todo trabalho sera em ingles)
- Bacharelado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia Organizacional ou área relevante.
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Preferivel que tenha experiencia com recrutamento.
Informações:
- Salário: R$3.000.00 por mês + mais benefícios + $250 comissão por cada candidato contratado e bonus.
- Tipo: CLT.
- Local: São Paulo, SP.
- Híbrido (Necessidade de ir ao escritório 6 vezes por mes)
