-Must have automation with some manual testing working with Selenium or Playwright.

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and execute comprehensive software test plans, test scenarios, automated scripts, and programs to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Create and run software tests to identify issues and determine root causes, ensuring system modifications are prepared for implementation.
- Document software and application defects using bug tracking systems, reporting defects to developers and product owners.
- Participate in software design reviews and lead efforts in supporting overall quality of systems and applications.
- Analyze moderately complex requirements, operational problems, specifications, and change requests, producing effective test cases and scripts.
- Monitor accuracy and thoroughness of test cases and data, performing test executions within scheduled dates.
- Research and troubleshoot operational/test system defects, proposing technical solutions and corrective actions.
- Analyze test results to verify functionality, recommend corrections, and maintain detailed documentation for debugging and software updates.
- Collaborate with development engineers for issue resolution and provide feedback for system and software assessments.
- Guide and mentor testing team members, supporting project needs and coordinating with associates, contractors, and third-party resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development and/or testing
- In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience required
- HIPAA Certification a plus
- Strong analytical skills with healthcare payor experience, capable of future conversion eligibility
- Local to DMV area; willingness to attend in-person meetings and collaborate on-site
- 5+ years experience in Healthcare payer claims processing (837 / 835)
- 2-3+ years experience with automation testing
- Solid understanding of testing methodology and SDLC
- Strong database skills in Snowflake, Oracle
- Experience with JIRA or similar PM/SDLC tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Multi-tasking aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of wireless communications and network systems
- Advanced programming skills in relevant languages
- Deep expertise in X12 EDI transactions (837 & 835) and claims adjudication platforms
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and payer systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products or equivalents
- NICe to have: Facets claims adjudication platform and relevant certifications
