Responsibilities
- Work alongside the UC operations team to troubleshoot and resolve unified communications issues.
- Provide hands-on operational support for Cisco UC and collaboration platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Mentor and upskill team members as they investigate and resolve UC issues.
- Serve as the senior technical advisor on UC architecture and design decisions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in Cisco unified communications, including CUCM and the Cisco collaboration stack.
- Ability to diagnose operational UC issues and guide effective technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and advising on UC architecture and design.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.
