Overview
Leading food production company looking for an experienced Training Specialist. Ideal candidates should have an Associate's degree and
2-5 years of administrative, program coordination, or corporate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedule of classes, webinars, etc. including facilities assignment.
- Work with Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers on new course and exam development.
- Work with leadership to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies and training materials meet those needs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing courses.
- Generate reporting of and ensure compliance on core curriculum.
- Identify needs for training including leadership and professional development.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of administrative, program coordination, or corporate experience required.
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree is required
- The candidate will be highly organized, professionally persistent, highly collaborative, and be motivated to make a meaningful impact across all levels.
- Superior project management skills, ability to define a roadmap, identify resources needed to make it happen, and execute with excellence.
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
- Great analytical capability, ability to take multiple data/information points and derive insights to shape solutions.
- Software skills: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, PP, TEAMS; Workday for pulling enrollment reports - will train on that piece if needed; OKTA apps and will need to put in tickets w Service Now.
