Overview
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing inspection and quality control to ensure client product accuracy
- Maintain the integrity of vault contents while managing workflow between Vault, Production, Product Fulfillment, and Delivery departments
- Pull, count, and prepare cards for production using production pull sheets
- Perform mid-day rushes and assist with rush orders
- Pull and count cards for daily shipment requests
- Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock and update the JAAMS system accordingly
- Inspect open card trays for neatness, tape back stock, and label trays with count and client name (if less than 500)
- Assist and follow up on problem solving with Data Card
- Retrieve replacement cards using the Destruction log and perform JAAMS procedures
- Conduct modified vault inventory on different JAAMS banks daily
- Create generic sample cards for Visa, MasterCard, or clients as needed
- Perform JAAMS remakes to ensure real-time inventory accuracy
- Obtain and stock supplies as needed and keep work stations organized
- High School diploma
- 1-3 years of inventory experience
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stand, lift (up to 35 lbs.), sit, pull, and reach as required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening
