RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick parts and materials for production work orders and customer sales orders.
- Put stock away from purchase order (PO) and work order (WO) receipts into designated bins and bulk storage areas.
- Prepare instrument shipping sets, accessory boxes, and production pre-kits.
- Cut tubing and perform accessory box assembly activities.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with identifying inventory errors.
- Issue materials and perform material transfers within SAP.
- Receive incoming shipments by unloading materials, verifying quantities, and receiving purchase orders in SAP.
- Open boxes, confirm quantities, and properly dispose of packaging materials.
- Assist with packing, shipping, and preparing customer orders, including skid preparation when required.
- Operate forklifts and move palletized materials while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, and packing goods.
- Occasionally pick up parts from local suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and stockroom organization efforts.
- Assist planners and other team members as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Handle expensive and delicate components with a high degree of care and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Willing to complete in-house certification training
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic SAP or inventory system experience is a plus
- Previous warehouse, retail, or inventory experience preferred
- Experience with forklift and pallet jack preferred
