Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: West Caldwell, New Jersey

Type: Contract

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 6:15 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming raw materials from delivering carrier’s truck and verify paperwork and quantities.
• Use scanner units to put away raw materials, sample, and stage items for manufacturing.
• Move raw, intermediate, and finished goods within the warehouse using scanner units and material handling equipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipment, verify product information, and labels prior to outbound loading.
• Report discrepancies, damage, or quantity issues to supervisors and document accordingly.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance, scrap handling, and supplies replenishment.
• Operate Fork Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, and Manual Pallet Jack as required.

• High School graduate or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
• Basic reading, writing, mathematics, and verbal skills
• Ability to lift or move more than 50 pounds
• Ability to gown for manufacturing and work as part of a team
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, FDA/DEA, cGMP, SOPs preferred
• Proficiency in operating Fork Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, and Manual Pallet Jack
• Comfortable wearing safety equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, and safety suits
