Job Title: Warehouse Specialist - Forklift Operator
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Type: Contract to hire
Pay: $17.36/hr + 2nd Shift Differential
Food Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis! This role will require you to safely operate electrical sit down and stand up forklift.
Responsibilities:
- As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as shipping and receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
- Working cooperatively in a team within the warehouse to efficiently maintain inventory standards
- Verifying all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries
- Properly load and unload the materials from the truck, and maintain inventory control
Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Experience in shipping & receiving, loading, and unloading
- Proficiency in operating a Stand-Up and Sit-Down forklift.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle and track inventory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
