Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail?oriented Production Operator to support overnight manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive on routine, precision, and accountability, and who understand the importance of quality, documentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support production, assembly, or packaging lines during overnight operations
- Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Perform basic equipment inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production
- Complete batch records, logs, and documentation accurately and in real time
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met
- Identify and communicate process issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities
- Support routine maintenance of production and safety equipment as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements at all times
Key Skills That Set You Up for Success
- Experience working on production, assembly, or packaging lines
- Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and controlled manufacturing environments
- High attention to detail-comfortable working with documentation and batch records
- Ability to spot defects, inconsistencies, or abnormalities quickly
- Basic mechanical or equipment troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Highly transferable skills from medical device, pharma, biotech, cosmetics, or food manufacturing are strongly valued
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (production, assembly, or packaging)
- Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment
- Ability to accurately complete logs, reports, and records
- Willingness and reliability to work third shift (overnights)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance
