Overview
Join the excitement of a limited-time anime and manga pop-up shop. We’re looking for energetic Retail Sales Associates who enjoy engaging with customers and being part of a fun, high-energy retail environment. Whether you’re a fan of anime and manga or simply love unique retail experiences and pop-up events, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product recommendations and purchases
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow store policies and supervisor direction
- Report any issues, concerns, or incidents promptly
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with respect for a diverse customer base
- Interest in anime, manga, or pop culture is a plus (not required)
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
