Role Description
- Set up, sanitize, and operate pilot plant equipment for product trials
- Support cereal platform and cross-functional ITQ initiatives
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist with maintenance/technical issues
- Lead sanitation processes and ensure food & human safety compliance
- Train and support team members on equipment and procedures
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flex across shifts, platforms, and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or pilot plant environment preferred
- Ability to operate equipment independently and troubleshoot issues
- Strong understanding of food safety and workplace safety standards
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to train, coach, and influence others
- Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in plant conditions
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities
