Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative support contact for designated client accounts.
- Enter and maintain job orders in Bullhorn and other client/vendor management systems.
- Post approved job openings to company websites and internal systems.
- Manage job order updates, maintenance, and closures.
- Submit candidate information to client portals and VMS systems.
- Assist with client communications, including status updates, onboarding coordination, newsletters, and general account support.
- Track account-related activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Maintain candidate and consultant records in Bullhorn and other systems.
- Conduct consultant care and follow-up communications as needed.
- Provide backup support for Account Managers and Account Coordinators as needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to learn new technology platforms and processes quickly.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working in IT staffing, recruiting, employment, or human resources environment.
- Experience with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or other ATS/VMS platforms.
- Knowledge of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and consultant management.
- Experience supporting sales, recruiting, account management, or staffing operations teams.
