Job Title: Supply Chain Support

Responsibilities:
- Arrange shipping for order consolidation so sales orders can ship from one location to customers.
- Small package exports using Fed EX
- Maintain samples spreadsheet for internal tracking
- Handle various truck, import, export, and warehouse issues.
- Monitor Delivery Error Report daily and adjust orders if needed.
- Back up for receiving import shipments.
- Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy on a monthly basis by obtaining counts from various warehouses and comparing them to system quantities and account and document any discrepancies
- Other Support:
- Customer service back up and training
- Order samples from Germany
- Salesmen support
- Administration Assistant back up
- Make sure forecast is in sync with cutomer demand in order to ensure proper supply availability
- Frequent corporate system/platform/process changes
- Working with system constraints to meet customer needs
- Assist in overcoming day to day problems in supply chain area as well as coordinating required information across departments.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher
- 3 - 5 Years of experience required
- Microsoft 360, Teams, SAP, Outlook
