Overview
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including Manual and CNC operated hydraulic press brakes, metal shears, and ironworkers.
- Read tape measures and basic blueprints to measure and mark reference points or cut lines on workpieces.
- Move products and materials to workstations as needed.
- Follow instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties.
- Adhere to all workplace safety rules, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Dependable and responsible individual with good communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete the forklift certification process.
- Able to pass tape measure test and follow directions.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
- Availability to work required shifts and hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must wear steel-toe boots.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and E-Verify screenings.
- Experience with setup and operation of 175- and 250-ton Press Brake for at least 1 year.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or shop environment.
