Responsibilities
- Provide customer service related to sales, sales promotions, and communications
- Engage, interact, and respond promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally to foster positive business relationships with internal and external customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken in Sales Force/ARO Manager
- Read emails and purchase orders to determine the type of sale
- Apply POs to the T&E OPA BOT for PO application
- Provide confirmation of PO application
- Release POs from GHX Portal
- Send frequent emails to customers for PO collections
- Process surgery cases for replenishments and billing
- Sort incoming emails from the main team inbox to the appropriate CSR
- Support multiple administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in email communication and basic computer applications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
- Ability to work under occasional Sundays and mandatory overtime when fully trained
- High school diploma or GED required
